Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Casablanca

Welcome to Morocco! Your private driver will greet you outside Casablanca’s airport and escort you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the city’s highlights — such as the impressive Hassan II Mosque or the old Medina — or travel onward to Rabat for the night. The day remains flexible to suit your flight schedule and personal preferences.

Day 2 – Rabat → Chefchaouen

After breakfast, explore the capital’s main sites: Mohamed V Mausoleum, Hassan Tower, and the Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Atlantic. Then head north through rolling countryside and Rif mountain scenery toward Chefchaouen, arriving by late afternoon. Check into your riad in the famous blue town.

Day 3 – Chefchaouen → Fes

Begin your morning with a peaceful stroll through Chefchaouen’s winding alleys and riverside paths, where local women still wash clothes in the traditional way. After a coffee in the main square, depart for Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and intellectual heart.

Day 4 – Fes City Discovery

Meet your local guide for a full-day immersion in Fes el-Bali, one of the world’s oldest medinas. Explore the Royal Palace gates, Jewish quarter, artisan workshops, and the vibrant tanneries. Visit craftsmen specializing in weaving, pottery, and brasswork. After lunch, relax at your riad, visit a hammam, or enjoy the rooftop views.

Day 5 – Fes → Sahara Desert (Merzouga)

Today’s scenic journey leads you south across ever-changing landscapes — from Ifrane, Morocco’s “Little Switzerland,” through cedar forests inhabited by Barbary apes, and over the Middle Atlas Mountains. Pass Midelt and descend along the Ziz Valley before reaching Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara. Mount your camel and ride into the dunes for a night in a desert camp under a canopy of stars.

Day 6 – Merzouga → Todgha Gorge → Dades Valley

Wake up to a desert sunrise before setting off along the legendary Route of a Thousand Kasbahs. Stop in Erfoud and Tinejdad, admire the ancient underground irrigation system (khettaras), and continue to the dramatic Todgha Gorge, where towering cliffs attract climbers from around the world. End the day in the lush Dades Valley.

Day 7 – Dades → Ouarzazate → Aït Ben Haddou

Visit the winding Dades Gorge before driving to Ouarzazate, home of the famous Atlas Film Studios and gateway to the desert. Continue to Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortress village where several Berber families still live. Explore its maze of mud-brick lanes and enjoy dinner overlooking the kasbah.

Day 8 – Aït Ben Haddou → High Atlas → Ouirgane Valley

Climb the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) as you cross the High Atlas Mountains. Descend into the serene Ouirgane Valley, surrounded by red hills and olive groves. Settle into a traditional Berber lodge, relax by the pool, or explore the nearby trails.

Day 9 – Ouirgane at Leisure

Spend the day at your own pace. Hike with a local guide through terraced valleys and stone villages, enjoy a picnic among the olive trees, or simply unwind and take in the tranquility of the Atlas foothills.

Day 10 – Ouirgane → Essaouira

Travel west across changing landscapes to the laid-back coastal town of Essaouira, once a Portuguese port. Explore its whitewashed medina, busy fishing harbor, and endless sandy beach. Savor freshly grilled seafood and watch a stunning Atlantic sunset.

Day 11 – Essaouira Exploration

Join a local guide to uncover Essaouira’s charm: its UNESCO-protected ramparts, artistic workshops, and bohemian vibe. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon browsing galleries, listening to Gnawa music, or sipping coffee by the sea.

Day 12 – Essaouira → Marrakech

After a relaxed morning, drive inland to Marrakech, the “Red City.” In the evening, wander the buzzing Jemaa el-Fnasquare — a spectacle of storytellers, musicians, and sizzling food stalls. Dinner here is an unforgettable experience.

Day 13 – Marrakech City Tour

Meet your guide for a full tour of Marrakech’s historic wonders: Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Mellah, and the labyrinthine souks. The afternoon is free for personal exploration — perhaps visit the Majorelle Garden, indulge in a hammam, or shop for last-minute treasures.

Day 14 – Departure

Your Moroccan journey concludes today. We’ll transfer you to the airport in Marrakech or Casablanca for your onward flight — carrying memories of a lifetime.
